All hotel rooms, cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and outdoor areas.
All of our guest rooms are equipped with locks operated by electronic key cards. Each guest receives individually configured key card. In case if you lose your card, please inform the reception immediately. A new card will be issued for you, while the old one will be cancelled automatically. The hotel supplies 220 Volts, 50 Hz electricity. For safety reasons only laptops, telephone chargers, iron, electric shavers and hair dryers are permitted for use in the rooms

For your convenience, a laundry bag and cleaning list are provided in your wardrobe. Same day service is available: if laundry items are received by the Housekeeping by 11:00 a.m., they will be returned on the same day by 6:00 p.m. Express service is also available with a surcharge.
Currently we do not provide dry cleaning services.
If you wish not to be disturbed during your stay, please hang “Do Not Disturb” sign on your doorknob outside. Housekeeping and other services will not be provided while “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed. Also, if you do not wish to receive telephone calls, please contact the reception by dialing “0”.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please hang “Do Not Clean” sign on your doorknob outside. Housekeeping will not clean your room while “Do Not Clean” sign is placed.
Each guest room and hotel areas are provided with a high-speed wireless internet connection. Guests are welcome to connect their personal laptop computers to the Wi-Fi free of charge. Wi-Fi connection is not password protected.
